Every piece in the store is one-of-one. There is exactly one of each — no restocks, no second chances. When it's gone, it's gone for good. That makes the way we handle ordering a little different, and a lot more personal.
Reserve & confirm
To claim a piece, tap Order on Instagramon its page. That opens a DM with us — just mention the piece's SKU. We confirm it's still available, hold it for you, and sort out payment and delivery right there in the conversation — no carts to chase, no DMs lost in the void.
Delivery
We deliver across the Kathmandu Valley and ship nationwide across Nepal. We'll quote timing and any courier cost when we confirm your order, so you always know what to expect before you commit.
Returns
Because every item is unique and secondhand, all sales are final. We'd rather you be sure before you buy than disappointed after — so ask us anything. Want extra photos, a closer look at a seam, or a second set of measurements? Message us first and we'll send whatever you need. Every piece is measured flat and condition-graded on its page, so there are no surprises.
